About me
Education
I am a PhD (DPhil) student in Sociology at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. I have been a visiting research student at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, USA, and at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Work
I recently completed a bluebook traineeship at the European Research Council Executive Agency (ERC), European Commission, in Brussels. I analysed the Open Access compliance rates of ERC grant holders. Previously, I was a research intern at the Statistics Directorate of the OECD in Paris. I carried out statistical analyses and worked on a comprehensive literature review of health and mental health indicators (relating to the "How's Life?" initiative).
Leadership
It was my privilege to serve as the President of the Nuffield College student common room from 2015 to 2016. Among many notable achievements, I secured a vast expansion of financial resources for all students.
Theatre
As an actor and producer of the Oxford German Play, a foreign language student theatre group, I played a key role in four highly acclaimed and profitable theatre productions.
